Pyramids of Giza

Upon arriving in Aswan, your first stop will be at the Temple of Philae, a picturesque landmark in Aswan. The temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, is reached by a short motorboat ride. Then continue your tour with your guide to the High Dam. After the tour, check in to your Egypt Nile Cruise.

Philae Temple
Philae Temple is located in Aswan on an island in the Nile River and is one of Egypt’s most beautiful ancient temples. It was dedicated to the goddess Isis and was completely relocated to Agilkia Island after the construction of the High Dam to save it from flooding.
High Dam
The High Dam is located in Aswan, southern Egypt, and is considered one of the most important engineering achievements of the 20th century.
It was constructed between 1960 and 1970 to control the flooding of the Nile River, store water, and generate hydroelectric power.
The dam protects Egypt from floods and droughts and created Lake Nasser, one of the largest artificial lakes in the world.
After breakfast, we enjoy some more sailing on the Nile today and visit the temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo

The Colossi of Memnon
The Colossi of Memnon are two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, located on the west bank of Luxor. They once guarded the entrance to his mortuary temple and are famous for their impressive size and grandeur.
Luxor Temple
The Luxor Temple, located on the east bank of the Nile, was built to honor the rejuvenation of kingship and the god Amun-Ra. It is beautifully illuminated at night and connected to Karnak Temple by the Avenue of Sphinxes, symbolizing the glory of ancient Thebes.
After having your breakfast in the hotel, visit the Karnak and Luxor temples. Karnak temple is not a mere temple; it is a complex of temples. After this, visit the Coptic churches, and enjoy an interesting tour to Khan El Khalili, the biggest and oldest market in Cairo. Feel the warmth and hospitality of the locals while sitting with your guide and having a drink at the oldest coffee shop in Cairo: El Fishawy (1710). Although the market was once the best place for shopping and buying authentic Egyptian souvenirs, nowadays it is rare to find them, but your guide will advise you on what to do there. The Citadel of Salah el-Din
